The coordinator and the client review the documents next to the delivered car

SGS LOGISTICS GROUP LLC

An international logistics operator for long-term B2B partnerships

Eight years in automotive logistics. You choose the cars and work with your clients — SGS handles the purchase, the payment, the shipping and the paperwork.

01 / For whom it is suitable

Who we work for

The shape of the partnership depends on who you are and what exactly you want to hand over to SGS.

01 / ENTREPRENEURS

Entrepreneurs

Who need full support for a car from the US — from the estimate to the handover.

02 / DEALERS

Car dealers

Who are not getting the service they need from their logistics contractors.

03 / COMPANIES

Companies

For whom 24/7 communication and complete transparency matter.

02 / Our services

Our services

Eight areas that cover a car’s journey from a US auction to handover to you or your client.

  1. Access to the auctions

IAAI, Copart, Manheim, Carmax Auctions, America’s Auto Auction, Cars.com, CarGurus.com

  2. US → EU → Ukraine delivery

An end-to-end route, with a leg through Georgia where that works out better.

  3. Ocean freight

Container loading, freight to a European port, vessel details and an estimated arrival date.

  4. Customs clearance in the EU and Ukraine

Terminal handling, preparation of the document pack and support through clearance.

  5. Brokerage and forwarding

Export paperwork, work with lines and terminals, and cargo supervision on every leg.

  6. Photo and video record

The condition of the car is recorded at the warehouse and before loading — stills and video sit in the vehicle record.

  7. Insurance with compensation

The car is insured for the route; damage in transit is compensated on the terms of the contract.

  8. Buying new cars from dealerships

Not only auctions: we buy new vehicles directly from US dealer networks.

03 / What the partner gains

Why this pays off for a dealer

Four things you see not in a deck but in the landed cost of every car you bring in.

Lower indirect costs

  • every cost is worked out in advance
  • no charges that "come up" along the way
  • no surprise fees at ports or warehouses

Minimal idle time

  • with the dealer paying on time, nothing sits waiting
  • cars are collected from the auctions promptly
  • paid storage is avoided

Predictable delivery times

  • fixed prices per route
  • stages you can follow
  • real timelines, not marketing ones

Optimised logistics cost

  • we are not intermediaries — we hold a direct warehouse lease with loading
  • we arrange the car carriers ourselves
  • no third-party mark-ups
04 / Terms

Special B2B terms

Terms depend on how regularly and how much you ship. Below are the areas where they differ from one-off delivery.

Special rates

  • reduced rates for regular volumes
  • fixed prices per route
  • protection against logistics cost increases

Extended storage periods

  • longer free storage at the warehouse
  • flexibility when documents or payments are delayed

Partner terms

  • a dedicated manager
  • processes adapted to your business
  • custom logistics solutions for your volumes

    SGS Workspace demo

We show SGS Workspace using a vehicle similar to your orders.

  4. 04

    First vehicles

We pass several cars and check whether it is convenient for the team to work together.

  5. 05

    Ongoing operations

We add employees, fix the rules and transfer all new cars to SGS.

04 / Frequently asked questions

What to agree before you start

The format of cooperation depends on the number of cars, routes and tasks that you want to transfer to SGS.

Is there a minimum number of cars?

Conditions depend on the regularity and required set of services. Tell us about your volume - we will offer the appropriate format of cooperation.

Is it possible to grant different access to employees?

We discuss this need during the demo: an owner may need all vehicles and costs, a manager may need statuses and tasks, and an accountant may need invoices and payments. Available roles are confirmed for the current version of SGS Workspace.

Can we start with a few vehicles?

Yes. The first cars will help to check the exchange of documents, statuses and interaction of teams before the transition of the entire flow.

Can we connect our CRM or ERP?

Tell us what data you want to transfer and in what format. The possibility of integration and its scope will be confirmed separately by SGS after a technical evaluation.

The beginning of cooperation

Start with a few vehicles. Scale without losing control

Tell us about your volume, routes and team. We will show SGS Workspace and offer a clear way to start working together.
