These Terms govern the use of the SGS Logistics Group LLC ("SGS") public website and the general principles of access to the SGS Logistics Group LLC. Commercial and logistical relations of the parties are determined by a separate contract. If an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
1. Purpose of the site
The public site provides information on the SGS approach, product capabilities, logistics process and contact methods. Site materials are not an unconditional promise of service, rate, term, guarantee or result.
2. Cost estimates
There is no public calculator on the site — a decision by the owners dated 3 August 2026. Cost estimates are requested through the form, and SGS prepares them individually for the route, auction and volume. Any figure quoted before a contract is signed is an indicative estimate: it is not an invoice, a commercial offer or a public offer, and it does not fix auction fees, route, documentation or indemnity costs. Before bidding at an auction, the input data must be confirmed with the responsible manager.
3. Inquiries and Demonstrations
Submitting the form does not create a contractual relationship and does not guarantee access to the portal or a specific service format. SGS can clarify the business model, scope and needs before offering a demo, pilot or commercial terms.
4. SGS Workspace account
- access is granted to authorized users within agreed roles;
- the user must protect his credentials and not transfer them to third parties;
- suspicious activity or loss of access must be reported to SGS without undue delay;
- the user company is responsible for the relevance of the list of persons who need access;
- the actual locking, recovery and logging rules should be described in the contract or access policy.
5. User data
The user must provide valid, accurate and relevant data and be authorized to upload documents or information to the portal. The processing of personal data is described in Privacy Policy and relevant contractual documents.
6. Acceptable Use
It is prohibited to try to bypass access control, interfere with the operation of the service, obtain other people's data, download malicious code, use the site for illegal operations or automatically collect content without the permission of SGS.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text, product structure, brand elements and software components are owned by SGS or their respective rights holders. The terms do not transfer ownership rights to the user. Normal use of the site and the portal within the limits of their purpose is allowed.
8. Third-party services and links
The site may contain links to a secure portal, mail services or other external resources. Their availability and rules may be determined by the respective providers. SGS should not claim control over a service that it does not actually have.
9. Service availability and changes
SGS may change the public site and the composition of product capabilities. Scheduled works, updates or external circumstances may temporarily affect availability. Specific SLAs, support channels, and compensation, if any, are defined only in the contract.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law and contract, SGS is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of incomplete, outdated or user-entered data on a public site. This clause does not limit liability which cannot be excluded by law or which SGS has expressly assumed in the contract.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
The applicable law, the procedure for claims and the competent authority must be determined after the legal structure is confirmed and in the agreed contract. Do not publish this section without legal validation.
12. Contacts and changes
SGS may update the Terms with changes to the site, product or legislation. The current version must include the effective date. Question: .
